    Biography

    With over two decades of experience building and leading teams through ground-breaking design and content production, Ryan Honey is Chief Executive Officer of Residence and a Co-Founder of BUCK.  
    With his background in live-action and animation, Ryan co-founded BUCK in 2004 with a focus on creating an ego-free, collaborative environment that invested in creative opportunities, attracting the best talent from around the world.
    With this ethos intact, Ryan co-founded Residence in 2022 with a focus on merging like-minded talent-centric creative companies to build an equitable creative services ecosystem. Today, his focus is on the considered growth of the network as he and the network leadership find new companies to merge in, and work together to grow the existing ones.
